Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Dance Instructor to join our team. As a Dance Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching various dance styles to students of all ages and skill levels. Your role will involve creating engaging lesson plans, choreographing routines, and providing guidance and support to help students develop their dance skills.

Responsibilities:
- Implement dance curriculum that aligns with the needs and goals of the students
- Teach dance techniques in various styles
- Choreograph routines for performances
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their technique and performance
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity and self-expression
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to coordinate performances and events
- Ensure the safety of all students during dance classes and rehearsals
- Stay updated on current trends in dance education and incorporate new techniques into lessons

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dance Instructor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various dance styles, including ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip-hop, etc.
- Ability to develop age-appropriate curriculum for students of different age groups
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and ability to work effectively with students of all ages and skill levels
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple classes and schedules
- Ability to demonstrate dance techniques effectively
- Knowledge of childhood development principles is a plus
- Certification in dance education or related field is preferred
